Alaa is a Provisional Registered Counsellor, completing her Bachelors in Social Work. She is very passionate about Counselling youth and individuals from CALD backgrounds.

Through years of experience in the community providing specialising in girls youth mentoring, youth program development, supporting elders with disabilities and working with young children; Alaa focuses on utilising holistic islamic based frameworks to provide the best support for various needs.

Zainab Ayoubi

Counsellor

Zainab is dedicated to creating a positive impact on the Muslim society and community as a whole.

With the completion of a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) degree, she has experience working with people from diverse backgrounds.

Offering support to individuals dealing with;

- Mood disorders,
- ADHD,
- Intellectual disabilities, and ASD.

Zainab's unique passion centres on empowering Muslim women and children to cultivate self-reflection, personal growth, and well-being.

Owais Ali

Counsellor

Owais is nearing the completion of his Bachelors in Psychology at Macquarie University, and towards the end of his six-year Shari’ah course locally.

Owais is passionate about counselling the youth and people from CALD backgrounds

Owais has also had training in mental health first aid and has been doing work as a counsellor in the community.

Iman Moussa

Counsellor

Iman Moussa completed her bachelor’s degree in Social Work (Honours Class 1) in 2016. Iman's love for Islam and social work led to her career journey, taking a recent shift from her corporate background to focusing on working with the Muslim community and providing intervention through an Islamic-based framework. Iman has worked at various government and non-departments in social work and community development, including school settings, local government, and a hospital setting.
She also worked with young teenage girls through youth programs and mentoring. Iman is passionate about working with people experiencing transition or change.

Aisha Alkourdi is a registered counsellor and has a diploma in Islamic studies, speaks fluently in Arabic and English.
