Your sessions are confidential. Nothing you discuss is shared with your family, your community, your employer, or anyone else at the college — including the people who run it.
The one exception, stated plainly: a counsellor is legally required to act if someone is at serious risk of harm — a child, you, or another person. Nothing else leaves the room.
Session notes are handwritten and kept locked at the practice. They are not stored on this website.
